Our eggs come from cage-free ducks who are fed fresh greens and farm grown seed used to make their feed. Never worry about GMOs, pesticides, or chemical fertalizers. Our ducks are happy and well loved! Duck eggs are wonderful for baking and much larger than chicken eggs. There is just no comparison in taste! Please know that our ducks do not lay every day in the fall and winter. This means we may not be able to deliver to you today. It shouldn’t be more than a few days
When you order eggs, you have the option to have them washed or unwashed. Unwashed fresh eggs have a natural "bloom" on them. This is a protective coating that gets washed off on supermarket eggs. Washed eggs need to be kept in the refrigerator and can be fresh for up to 2 weeks. Unwashed eggs do not need to be refrigerated and can be kept on the counter fresh for up to 4 weeks. Unwashed eggs that are kept in the refrigerator are good 6 months. Once eggs have been refrigerated, they should continue to be refrigerated, so please note that in the winter, the eggs should be kept in your refrigerater and will be labed this way.
